Gourmelin publishes a new book of drawings entitled Pour tuer le temps (To Kill Time, Editions Balland). In Charlie Hebdo, François Cavanna writes: “…some pages in particular take your breath away, anxiety springs from them and sucks your mind in via the eyes. Anxiety of the infinity of time, of space, of the endless return, of the eternal ‘what’s the point?’. Nothingness. A surrealism at times naïve, like all surrealists, but never cheap, which is more uncommon.’
